Laser scanning is versatile. Its advantages are the ability to measure in difficult or dangerous areas, the high accuracy and the short measurement time. Various products can be made from the data obtained.
The measurement objects can range in size from a few millimetres to several kilometers. The achievable accuracy is between 0.001 mm and 3 cm, depending on the type of object and scanning system.

Our surveying office was founded in 1990 by Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Jürgen Lucke and Dipl.-Ing. (FH) H.-Thomas Umpfenbach. After many years of successful activity of the founders, the office was taken over by Matthias Roth in 2016 and has been successfully continued since then.

As a reliable partner we accompany construction projects for the public sector, for construction companies, but also for private clients. Over the years we could participate in many interesting construction projects in Berlin, but also in nation wide projects.
Many reliable cooperations and contacts have developed since the founding of our office. This includes the cooperation with architecture and planning offices, development and construction companies, housing companies and real estate brokers.

It has always been part of our corporate philosophy to give young people the opportunity of a vocational training. Therefore, we offer a training position every year.
In addition, students have the opportunity to gain practical experience with us while studying surveying. We also offer students from the 8th grade on. We offer students from the 8th grade on the opportunity to complete an internship with us as part of their career orientation.

The job of a surveyor will be very much in demand in the future. The collection of geoinformation in the field as well as its processing in the office form the basis for many plans. Trainees learn how to use measurement technology and a wide range of specialist software, such as CAD programs or calculation software. Accuracy, e.g. in the documentation of measurement results, as well as flexibility in everyday work are required. Knowledge of mathematics and geography is advantageous.
